International Attendee Discount

GYC recognizes the high cost of traveling overseas and provides a 50% discount on your registration fee, which will be issued in the form of a cash refund at the conference.

In order to qualify for a discount, email visas@gycweb.org with the following by December 26, 2010:
  1. Your full name and address
  2. What type of registration you completed (early-bird, regular, or late)
  3. Where you are traveling from in order to attend GYC
To qualify for the discount, you must be traveling from outside of the continental United States, Mexico, or Canada specifically to attend this year’s conference. Attendees who receive a letter of invitation (for visa purposes) automatically qualify for the discount.

You must pick up your refund in person on Thursday, Friday, or Sunday at the conference (time and location to be announced). A reminder email with details about where to pick up your cash refund will be sent to you one week before the conference.
