GYC Marketing Reporting Terms of Service

Purpose and access
GYC Marketing Reporting is an internal tool operated by GYC for collecting authorized marketing statistics and preparing reports. It is intended for GYC personnel and other users expressly authorized by GYC. It is not a public subscription service.

By using the tool or connecting an account, you agree to these terms. Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for your account and for the permissions you grant.

TikTok integration
The TikTok integration reads authorized account information, account statistics, and public video information. It does not publish videos or access direct messages. TikTok controls its platform and API access, and your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s applicable terms.

Acceptable use
Use the tool only for authorized GYC reporting. Do not share credentials, connect accounts without permission, circumvent access controls, or use collected data unlawfully. GYC may suspend access to protect connected accounts or the reporting environment.

Reporting limitations
Reports depend on the availability, permissions, and accuracy of third-party APIs. Data may be delayed, corrected, unavailable, or incomplete. Snapshot changes reflect differences between collection times and may differ from a platform’s own daily analytics. Verify material figures against the source platform before relying on them for decisions. GYC does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every platform metric will be available.

Privacy and disconnection
The GYC Marketing Reporting Privacy Policy describes the TikTok integration’s collection, storage, and use of information. You may revoke authorization through TikTok’s connected-app settings or contact info@gycweb.org to request disconnection. Revoking access does not automatically remove previously collected reports; contact us for deletion requests.

Changes and contact
GYC may update or discontinue the tool and will publish changes to these terms on this page. Questions about the tool or these terms can be sent to info@gycweb.org.
