Letters of Invitation

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and review of your application. Once your information has been verified by GYC, a letter of invitation will be sent to your email address as a PDF document. If you do not receive a response after 2 weeks, please email visas@gycweb.org.
  • Accepted file types: doc, pdf.
    Before receiving personal invitations, prospective international attendees must also submit a letter of recommendation from their local pastor. The letter must

    1. have a date with the current year,
    2. indicate that the attendee is in good standing with the church,
    3. be printed on official Seventh-day Adventist church letterhead, and
    4. be signed by the pastor.

    The letter of recommendation may be submitted by uploading a PDF with your form submission. If you are unable to scan or fax the letter, please mail it to:

  • Name of the local church of which you are a member.
  • Name of the conference which the local church is a part of.
  • Name of the union which the local church is a part of.
  • Name of the division which the local church is a part of.
  • Name of the organization that you will be representing, if any.
  • Dates that you intend to be in the United States specifically to attend this year's GYC convention (i.e., when you plan to arrive and leave the United States). PLEASE NOTE: You must be arriving in the US on or after 12/01/2017. Please enter your arrival date in this format - MM/DD/YYYY.
  • PLEASE NOTE: You must be departing on or before 01/31/2018. Please enter your departure date in this format - MM/DD/YYYY.
