If you are coming to GYC from outside North America and need a letter of invitation to use with your visa application, please visit our International Participant Information page before registering.
Conference registration fees and exhibit fees are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the registrant should notify GYC, but no refund will be given. You may have your ticket transferred to someone else who will attend in your place. Certain conditions apply. Register for GYC 2018
Please Read Carefully!
If you have registered for GYC since 2015 you already have a profile. Please login to your profile before purchasing a ticket. Do not make a new profile. If you do not know your username or password, click here.
If you have not registered since 2015, please create a new profile. Be sure to save your username and password in a safe place so you can access your profile again.
NOTICE: Registration and meal tickets will not be available for purchase onsite or online between 5pm Friday evening and 6pm Saturday evening during the conference. Participants who have pre-registered can print their event badges at the registration desks or self-check-in kiosks. All transactions or money issues not resolved before Friday at 5pm onsite will be resolved after sundown on Sabbath.

Minors & Chaperones
Minors (ages 17 and under) must be accompanied by and registered with their parent/chaperone in a group.
NOTICE: Chaperones must register together with the minors they are accompanying via a group registration to receive the chaperone rate.

To apply for an exhibit, the exhibit manager must first register as a participant for the full conference. Once you are registered, login to your profile and look for the Exhibit Application under the Applications section. Weekend only registrations are not eligible to apply for an exhibit.

All reservations must be received by December 3rd to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.

If you would like to lend a hand in one of the many tasks at the conference, we invite you to fill out the Volunteer Application located on your registration profile. Please note, you must be registered for the conference before you can access the application. There are many areas where you can serve!
Precedence is given to volunteers under the age of 36. If you are older and would still like to help, please email our Volunteer Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
